I am a Clinical Psychologist, working as a Behaviour Therapist for children, in a range of environments. This includes early intervention for young children diagnosed with ASD and ADHD displaying behaviour difficulties. In the past, I have also worked with children displaying Learning Disabilities.
My experience has seen me work with children of varying ages and cultural backgrounds, presenting a diverse range of conditions. It has allowed me to acquire knowledge in understanding the psychological concept of ‘Reinforcement’, and applying it in various scenarios. I adhere to action-based therapy that looks to foster positive behavioural changes.
My objective is to aid individuals to learn new, positive behaviours which will help minimize/eliminate the challenging ones. I believe in adapting effective techniques according to individual needs. I enjoy the unique challenges in this line of work and find it incredibly rewarding. I am currently pursuing a research- based MPhil degree.
